5 People who betrayed Osman Bey (Kurulus Osman): Targun Hatun

She belonged to Cuman Turk tribe. She was sent to Kayi Tribe by Aya Nikola (Osman’s one of the biggest enemies). Nikola had captured her father (Inal Bey) and the only way he was going to release her father was to gel-in with the Kayi people and work as spy for Nikola. Later, she was caught red-handed by Osman Bey and ultimately she had to tell everything to Osman Bey. Osman Bey helped in saving her father. She developed her feelings for Osman Bey and wanted to marry her. She had a grudge against Bala Hatun (Wife of Osman Bey) and therefore she poisoned Bala Hatun so that she can marry Osman Bey. Later, she allied again with Nikola and betrayed Osman Bey. She paid off by losing her life to Bala Hatun.
