This was arguably the most emotional scene of the whole drama. This buildup to this scene was that Shehwar had actually gotten Mehwish’s permission to indulge in whatever he wanted to do in order to make sure that Danish leaves Mehwish. After that, Danish is shown pictures of him and Mehwish from the hotel where they stayed together. These pictures make Danish very disturbed but he continues to keep making excuses and denying. This just went on to show that he was willing to cross limits in order to save his marriage. Humayun Saeed’s expressions were spot on and Danish kept shifting the blame towards Shehwar because he could not imagine the thought of his wife not being with him for the rest of his life. Many of the viewers were emotional after this scene because they were sympathizing with Danish as he wanted to save this marriage despite everything that had happened.
